My heartfelt welcome to all the newcomers. When you are new to this platform, you don't understand anything. Things are in front of you but you don't see them. This is a common problem.
There is no need to worry too much.
Every newcomer faces problems such as low engagement, fewer votes, difficulty understanding markdown, steempower and community rules. 😕

This will help you to see your goal clearly and you will work hard to achieve it.

Many of you have come to this platform to build your future, some for enjoyment, some for laughter, some to lighten thier burden, some for motivation, and very few just to pass the time, some to gain experience, some to write, some to learn something new.

There are two types of people on this platform, some of you quickly convince themselves., while some people have to work hard, day and night, and then they can reach somewhere.
People get information from social media, some newcomers creat their profile from their mentors, etc., but still, new comers face many problems, which are more common:

These are the issues that I will try to solve step by step in three sections because this is a vast platform where you can reach your dreams with a little hard work and proper guidance.
Step 1:
If you are a new comer, first of all write your lovely, interesting and informative introduction. There is a saying in Arabic:
"The beginning is bright, the end is bright."

Therefore, your introduction should be very informative and inspiring.
Step 2:
After writing your introduction, it's the turn of the diary game. What is a diary game? The interesting story of your daily life is called a diary game. Writing what you did from morning to evening in the form of a story is called a diary game. The more interesting it is, the more engagement and votes it gets.
The most important thing is to read the diaries of two or three diary writers every day, note the good things in them, and try to improve your diary game.
