Achievement-1: Introducing Myself On Steemit
Introduction
Hello everyone! My name is Jimoh Yusuf (Jayreiqn), and am based in Lagos, Nigeria. I graduated from Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH), where I studied Accounting. Outside of academics, I'm just a simple, friendly, and easy-going person who lives by one motto: Keep a low profile, yet make big moves.
I'm a hardworking and dedicated individual who deeply values independence. I love exploring new ideas, learning new things, and having meaningful conversations that actually lead somewhere. Researching is something I genuinely enjoy, and I'm always eager to test new concepts and venture into fresh opportunities which Steemit is part of my exploration.
Apart from being a just regular Lagos boy, i work with a law firm and run my personal business where i render general business services as a side hustle.
Family Background
I come from a Muslim-Christian family in Nigeria. I lost my father when I was just 10 years old, and from that point on, my mother and i carried the weight of raising my sister and myself. My mother is one of the bravest women I know, someone who taught me never to entertain the thought of giving up, to keep my trust in Christ through every season, and to hold on to the power of prayer.
Growing up in that kind of lovely environment shaped me in ways I will always be grateful for. It taught me to appreciate life and to never take the value of a supportive families for granted.
Educational Background
I attended a public secondary school in Lagos State, Nigeria. After completing my secondary education, I gained admission into the Ogun State Institute of Technology (OGITECH) in, Ogun State, Nigeria where I studied Accounting under the Department of Business Administration between 2016 and 2022 respectively. I graduated with a Diploma in Accountancy with Upper Credit- a result I'm truly proud of.
Hobbies
My hobbies include reading, listening to music, making new friends, browsing the internet for knowledge, and continuously learning new skills. Over time, I have picked up practical skills in Data Entry, Computer Operations, Graphic Design and including AI Portrait Design for people. I also enjoy writing and exchanging ideas with like minded people, as it sharpens both my communication and critical thinking.

Why I Joined Steemit
I joined Steemit because I wanted a space to connect with like-minded people from around the world, share my thoughts and experiences, and learn from others along the way. What truly drew me in was discovering that Steemit rewards creativity, consistency, and originality which are three things I genuinely believe in. Beyond the community aspect, I'm also hoping to grow as a writer and develop both personally and financially through this platform.
Who Introduced Me to Steemit?
I was introduced to Steemit by my new found friend @megareigns, after telling me about the opportunities it offers for content creators and learners alike. After listening to what he shared and doing my own research into the platform's credibility, I was convinced it was worth joining and here I am.

On Steemit, I plan to share educational content, motivational posts, lifestyle topics, personal experiences, money talks and articles focused on student life and self-development. I also look forward to posting stories, opinions, and discussions that can spark meaningful conversations, inspire someone, or simply teach something new.
