I started my day with a refreshing walk on the treadmill before having breakfast. Early morning exercise gives a different kind of peace and energy. The environment is quiet, my mind feels fresh, and my body feels light.
Walking before breakfast is also called fasted cardio. When we exercise on an empty stomach, the body uses stored fat as energy. This helps in burning extra fat and improving overall metabolism. I walked at a comfortable speed and focused on my breathing. It was not just physical exercise, but also mental relaxation.
