Plagiarism is the expression of an entity, writing, song, picture, or any other thing of another person or organization as one's own. Which is a serious crime and is a form of deception?
Is it possible to steal words or ideas made by someone else?
Let's see what US law says.
Under U.S. law, the answer is yes. The expression of original ideas is considered intellectual property and is protected by copyright law, as is the case with original inventions. Almost all types of expressions are subject to copyright protection unless they are somehow recorded (such as a book or a computer file).

So in that sense, we've got some ideas for theft below-
Turn on someone else's work as your own
Copying words or ideas from someone else without credit
Copy the structure of the source sentence without changing the word but without credit
Copying so many words or ideas from one source that it makes up the bulk of your work, whether you give credit or not (see our section on "fair use" rules)

Most cases of theft can be avoided, however, citing sources. Simply acknowledging that certain material has been borrowed and providing your audience with the information they need to find that source is usually sufficient to prevent theft. See our citations section for more information on how to cite sources correctly.
However, if he mentions any of his own songs, writings or any other material that is found and spoken there, then it will not be considered as theft.
The two safest ways to use or compose pictures, footage, music, or any part of music from another website are to confirm who is authorized to do the work, and to specify where the words were taken from.
