We’re deep in the ground working on this basement drainage system, and this is not the stage where you cut corners. The blinding (light base) is already laid, the reinforcement bars are properly tied, and the structural frame is set. Everything is prepared and waiting for the concrete trucks to arrive so we can complete the pour and lock it in.

In construction, weak drainage is a silent threat. It may not show immediately, but over time it can compromise the entire foundation. That’s why we focus on building a proper system that channels water away before it becomes pressure against the structure. Prevention is always cheaper and smarter than repair.
