Achievement-1: My Introduction Post On Steemit

Hello Steemians

I am very happy to finally pen down my introduction post in this amazing community. My name is Ruth Kanu, and I go by the username @na-omi.

I am from Abia State, the Eastern side of Nigeria. But I reside in Port Harcourt, River state where I have spent more of my years in life. Because, of this, I can hear and speak little in their mother tongue. I come from a family of seven, I was raised in a dedicated Christian home, and this has contributed to my values and influenced the way I see the world today.

EDUCATION

I am someone who values education. And by the grace of God. After my primary and secondary education here in River state, I proceeded to Michael Okpara University, Abia state where I studied Accounting. My years in school was an easy one, like they say nothing good comes easy.

PASSION & PERSONALITY

Being an introvert, and a bit of a loner😂. One thing I value most is my personal space and that peace that comes with quiet reflection.
I love listening to music, whenever my down, I love listening to good songs with meaningful lyrics. Music helps me reflect on my life, and the journey ahead of me.

Another activity I can practically spend my whole day on, is cooking. I love cooking especially when it comes to our local dishes. I learnt how to cook from my late mum. Today, cooking seems an an easy thing for me.

WHY STEEMIT?

So, I heard about steemit from my brother, who introduced me to @bossj23. I'm coming into steemit with the mindset of learning, growing, engage and adding value to the platform. I'll be creating more of personal post like the diary contents I have seen so far. And also I'll be trying out some games I have heard about and I also see people making post about them.
