In today’s vlog, I’ll be sharing how my day went, a calm but productive one, filled with food themes, creativity, and just the right amount of activity to make a day fulfilled.

My morning routine was smooth, I got ready and headed to work with no sense of pressure. Once I arrived, I settled into the day’s flow, which turned out to be moderately busy. I was posted in the kitchen as usual, and though the rush wasn’t overwhelming, there was still work to be done.

The day wasn’t too hectic, which gave me space to enjoy the moments and stay focused. One of the highlights was assisting one of the cooks in making burgers, beef burger to be precise. Watching the process come together and being a part of it reminded me of how much I enjoy the kitchen atmosphere. Being part of preparing something that tasted and looked so good added a satisfying touch to the day.

Later on, I got the opportunity to design coleslaw for an impromptu function. It wasn’t just about mixing vegetables, it was about presentation and adding a visual touch to a simple dish. It felt nice seeing my work contribute to something beyond just cooking. At the end it came out so beautiful attracting lots of compliments.

After wrapping up for the day, I headed home feeling fulfilled. For dinner, I had a local dish called Achicha and before I knew it, night caught up with me and I slept off peacefully.
Some days don’t need to be loud to be meaningful. This was one of those steady, productive, and satisfying days.
