Security is one of the most important aspect of our daily activities in life so therefore everyone has to take caution in what they do and where they go to.

Security is freedom from, resilience against protential harm or other unwanted coercive change caused by others.

In steemit community, the need for security is very paramount. Other website platform gives you the chance to pick a password of your choice, there by its very easy for hackers to hack and access your privacy. But one gracious thing about steemit is that you don't get a chance to chose your own password but it gives u a suitable password that can't be accessed by hackers, this is done so that every steemit users will jealously guide his or her passwords keys carefully.

Now the questions that has to be answered.
Question.

1. HAVE YOU RETRIEVED ALL YOUR KEYS ON STEEMIT?

Retrieving my keys on steemit was the first thing i did after signing up into steemit, so i can boldly and proudly say all my passwords and keys are intact and in a safe place.
Question

1. DO YOU KNOW EACH OF THESE KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS?

The different keys
i. Master password
ii. Owner key
iii. Active key
iv. Posting key.
v. Memo key

THEIR FUNCTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.

1. Master password - this is the password used to generate other keys and also the owner key by going to steemit.com to retrieve them. Master password is also use for account recovery.

2.owner key - its meant to use when its necessary for use. And its a powerful key which can change any key of an account, including the owner key ideally. And its meant to be used in recovery of compromised accounts. And its to be saved or stored offline.

1. Active key - its meant for transferring of funds, power up/down transactions, converting steem dollars, voting for witnesses, updating profile details and avatar, and also placing a marker other. And its a very sensitive key.

4.posting key, - this is the key you use in logging into your steemit account. And this key also allows accounts to post, edit, vote, comment, follow or mute other and resteem and its also sensitive.

1. Memo key - is used for encrypting and decrypting memos when transferring funds.

Question

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN TO KEEP YOUR MASTER PASSWORD?.
   While this is a very nice question that really need to be given attention, while i saved my master password on my phone and somewhere else i can access, incase if the phone get spoilt or missing i wi retrieve it from where i kept it.

1. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR STEEM TOKEN TO ANOTHER STEEM USER ACCOUNT?

While transparency is important and also a virtue, i don't know how to do that but am seriously working hard to get to know all about steemit so that it will really be a place i will inhabit.

1. DO YOU KNOW HOW TO POWER UP YOUR STEEM?

Am still working on knowing steemit better and doing all of that by myself, for now i dnt know how to power my steem but will learn how to do it and lots of other things.
