Hello @everyone,
My name is Owais Khalid, and I live in Pakistan.
I’m not a writer by profession, and I won’t pretend to be one either.
I have completed my Master’s studies, but in real life, I’m self-employed.
I run a small grocery shop.
Most of my day goes between shelves, customers, price lists, and daily routine struggles.
Life at a shop teaches you patience.
You meet different people every day.
Some are kind, some are rushed, some just want to talk.
I think that’s where my habit of observing quietly comes from.
I’m not perfect with words.
Sometimes my writing feels a little rough.
But I believe honesty matters more than polish.
On Steemit, I didn’t come with shortcuts in mind.
I came to learn, slowly and properly.
I read community rules.
I try to understand what is expected instead of just posting blindly.
One good habit I have is consistency.
Another is listening before speaking.
And when I make a mistake, I try to accept it instead of defending it.
Running a shop taught me that trust is built daily, not in one day.
I think Steemit works the same way.
I want to grow here step by step.
Support others, learn from seniors, and improve my writing with time.
No rush. No fake stories.
This is my real journey, and I’m grateful to be starting it here.
