Turkey and Russia have agreed on the details of a ceasefire in Syria’s Idlib region after four days of talks in Ankara, Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said on Friday. Joint patrols along a key highway will begin on Sunday as planned, Reuters quoted Akar as saying. Ankara and Moscow, which back opposing sides in Syria’s war, agreed on March 5 to halt hostilities in the country’s northwest. The United States will continue operating two aircraft carriers in the Middle East for the first time in nearly a decade amid a dramatic spike in tensions with Iran, US Central Command (CENTCOM) commander Kenneth McKenzie told reporters on Friday. US releases footage of attack against Kataib Hezbollah

BEIRUT, LEBANON (10:25 P.M.) - The U.S. Central Command released footage on Friday of their attack on some Kataib Hezbollah installations in Iraq last night. In the video, the U.S. showcases their "defensive strikes", which were supposed to severely weaken Kataib Hezbollah's capabilities inside Iraq and Syria. https://twitter.com/CENTCOM/status/1238444869108015104?s=20 The total number of Kataib Hezbollah is still unknown. US carries out powerful attack against Iraq's Kataib Hezbollah

The US military conducted retaliatory airstrikes across Iraq, targeting facilities of the Kataib Hezbollah, attempting to destroy weapons allegedly used by Iran-backed militias against coalition forces.
