Joint patrols along a key highway will begin on Sunday as planned, Reuters quoted Akar as saying. Ankara and Moscow, which back opposing sides in Syria’s war, agreed on March 5 to halt hostilities in the country’s northwest. US releases footage of attack against Kataib Hezbollah

In the video, the U.S. showcases their "defensive strikes", which were supposed to severely weaken Kataib Hezbollah's capabilities inside Iraq and Syria. https://twitter.com/CENTCOM/status/1238444869108015104?s=20 The total number of Kataib Hezbollah is still unknown.
