Id still prefer a full helmet for safety purposes. In the case of riding in tandems, I suppose that the duty of our police officers is to spot them on checkpoints they have their radios anyway. Just saying :)
Yes your right, their are many ways to solve this issues aside from banning ful face helmets.
I agree. They just have to be more creative.
