When a cholera outbreak struck the East African nation of Zambia, killing at least 60 people and infecting thousands more, Israel sent a delegation of experts, doctors, and a water engineer to assist with the crisis. The delegation was soon joined by a second, adding more doctors, nurses and a lab technician. Israel's water expertise should in this case, save many lives.
