The Government of India has forecast severe heat wave conditions in the state of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, and western Uttar Pradesh and issued a "Red Code" warning today alerting all the citizens living in these areas.
As per the reports,
The weather agency has predicted a heat wave to severe heat wave conditions over parts of the northwest, central and adjoining east and peninsular India during the next four to five days.
