Desperate Venezuelan Government Using More and More Force to Stay in Power

I just saw this writeup on ZeroHedge, where the Maduro government is using a brutal water cannon to quell protests (when they aren't straight out killing or maiming them ).

How much longer before a full-scale revolt?
