I think what they mean is we can choose 50/50 SBD/SP or 100% SP or decline payment. Those are the only rules I know of ;)
Well, technically the protocol allows for more complex distributions, and the Communities upgrade even more so if we ever get it. The 50/50 SBD/SP or 100% SP or decline are limitations of this particular Condenser UI.
