How much did the military spend yesterday? $196 million
Another slow day yesterday for military spending. The big winner was Caddell Construction out of Montgomery, Alabama with a $143 million contract for an airmen training complex dormitory build, as well as a dining and classroom facility, a free standing equipment building, weapons cleaning pavilion, running track, and parking lots in San Antonio, Texas.
