Central Java Police is still waiting for guidance from the Attorney Office to fix the alleged document forgery of the rejection of Rembang cement factory with suspect Joko Prianto. Djarod Padakova, a spokesman for the Central Java Regional Police, said that the Central Java District Attorney's Office has informed if there are any instructions to be completed in the filed file, so the file is returned for completion.

Central Java Police spokesman Djarod Padakova added that in this case there is a possibility of new suspects. However, the police prioritize the settlement of Joko Priyanto's file.

Previously Joko Prianto reported PT Semen Indonesia lawyer Yudi Tawdir on December 16, and filed a complaint against six residents of Rembang including Joko Prianto with the falsification of the 2501 signature list of repellent for the establishment of Rembang cement plant. On the report, Joko was designated as a suspect along with five Other Rembang residents.

In the report, Joko was accused of falsifying the signature document of 2501 residents of cement factory repellent as data supporting the PK lawsuit over PT Semen Indonesia's environmental permit in Rembang, Central Java. In the document there are names of cement repellent residents, who are considered odd, such as 'Power Rangers', 'Ultraman', and so on.

This document is then used as an excuse for the Supreme Court to cancel the permission given by West Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo to PT Semen Indonesia to mine and build a cement plant in Rembang.

One of Joko Prianto's legal counsel, Kahar Mualamsyah, said he had prepared evidence to show the authenticity of the 2501 document. In fact, if necessary, the attorney will bring in people who are considered fictitious in the list of cement factory repellent signatures.
