Should South Korea Evacuate Seoul?
Whether nature or man made, when a threat to life or property comes along, orders of evacuation are typically given. However, in the face of consent threats and military provocations from the DPRK (Democratic People's Republic of Korea), Seoul of South Korea has yet to be evacuated.

It's no secret that North Korea has a robust amount of military weapons pointed at Seoul. North Korea has threatened time and time again that it will destroy Seoul and South Korea should they feel war is imminent. Placing more that 12 million Seoul residents lives in a clear and present danger. North Korea has taken this cold and callous position to preserve it’s barbaric existence.
To put it simply North Korea is using Seoul as a human shield, still no orders of evacuation have been giving. With unstable leadership in North Korea and America, the recipe for an arm conflict is all but inevitable. It will be the South Korean civilians of Seoul who will face the greatest dangers, who will be sacrificed, and ultimately will endure the greatest pain.
There may still be time, a window of perceive peace still exist. Should the South Korean Government order a mandatory evacuation of Seoul, lives would be saved.
It's true North Korea could see this as preparation for war and decide to initiate it's first strike capabilities. However, it will be attacking civilians who are removing themselves from North Korea’s threaten behavior. It will be very difficult for the DPRK to make the case of, “I shot them in the back as they were running away, because they were about to attack me.”
It wouldn’t be one or two countries going after North Korea, but the world. The overwhelming anger from this act would be swift. North Korea's Regime would end up being completely destroyed.
Self preservation above all should be the DPRK motto, as they have proven time and again that preservation of Kim's dynasty is the most important objective they pursue. So the idea that they would willingly put Kim's life at risk over a non confrontation move is highly unlikely.
Now, should Seoul be evacuated and North Korea doesn't attack, it will lose its human shield. Diplomacy could once again have a chance. The interested nations can once again come together and negotiations can begin. Diplomacy only works if repercussion actually have the ability to deter unwanted behavior.
War on the Korean Peninsula can be avoided, but not without risk. To carry on the present path without a coherent strategy is the greater risk, not just for South Korea but the entire world.

looking at latest fuss with DPRK, i think world would be much better place if everyone has some nukes and military. imagine if Gaddafi had nukes. Libya wouldnt be flattened, so much people killed and survivors left to mercy of some
moderate rebels.The problem with everyone having nukes is it only takes one of them using it and the whole world dies. Ever nation should have a strong army and good leadership, however this isn't the case and people suffer because of it.
but its already boring to watch non nuclear countries getting ripped apart and burned by those nuclear ones. for people who died in last few wars, world already died^
hard fact, and only thing which is important = theres not burned cities, schools, hospitals, dead kids, and millions of refugees in Korea.
when i read some articles, especially those made for US and western europe market, i get feeling like they are sorry and butthurt because theres no war yet. and thats just half of narrative. other half is trying to convince people that every political rival of their bosses is some lunatic villain, their people / barbarians, and their kids / little terrorists.
i mean, how many times we seen this already?
I understand what you are saying, I think. Wanting nuclear arm nations going to war with each other for entertainment reasons will only cause more suffering for the non nuclear ones. That's why it is so important nuclear arms need to be pulled off the table.
Keep in mind Trump just went on his Asian trip. He wasn't there talking about a peaceful resolution to the problem, he was selling arms to Japan and South Korea.
If all war breaks out in the region do you really think it will stay within the borders of North Korea?
Lets not forget if China or Russia come to the aid of North Korea how many millions of innocent lives will be lost in the cross fire.
As for American and European media your right they used for propaganda. That is how the innocent masses are controlled. It's a psychological weapon that has been used by all those who have ever been in power.
My article isn't a call for war with North Korea, it's an idea oh how to advert one.
