Colorado To Legalize Magic Mushrooms? - One Denver Group Wants To Make It Happen! (Freedom Minute)
In this video, I do another Freedom Minute update, this time on the potential legalization of Psilocybin in Colorado as one Denver group pushes to bring it to the forefront of conversation.
The group, Denver for Psilocybin says mushrooms are a great way to cure or aide depression and help individuals search outside of dangerous pharmaceutical drugs for options.
Following the cannabis legalization in Colorado, this would be huge!
However, it's important to remember that legalization is simply the government taking away a right and giving it back at a price, so it's far more important for the prohibition to end rather than for it to be legalized. Definitions certainly do matter as government further monopolizes an industry and taxes and regulates everything to exhaust.

I also gree with Joshsigurdson on the point -- repeal of the prohibition is a MUCH better approach --in every way, to "Legalization"
CA "legalized" cannabis -- and it's like the Private Prison industry wrote the bill... and big corporations are already intensely violating the provisions in the law intended to help small farmers -- who built the industry.
Repeal the prohibition. There is absolutely no reason for this to be denied to the public, and I have no need of you to legislate anything about my use of these naturally occurring gifts of God, sacred plants (not a PharmaLab - There's the problem)
