Actually CFTC regulation prevented Bitfinex from using cold wallets
LOL wow what a surprise. Regulation prevented law abiding citizens from owning guns, making too much money or smoking weed which cures cancer by the way. Now regulation causes law abiding people to lose hard earned bitcoin, enough is enough. Maybe regulation and by extent the regulators should be regulated.
