The forces of Syria and that of Russia have launched a land scale attack on a Palestinian refuge camp which is said to be under the Islamic State, as the period ended on the last rebel-held territory in the Syrian capital.

The pro-government militant attacked Yarmouk camp with a barrage of air strikes and surface-to-surface missiles.

Rebels with the Islamic group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) complied to an evacuation deal after the government had launched its offensive on 19th of April.

The air weapon has been said to have leveled about 60% of the Yarmouk camp which has trapped the civilians of the area in an uninhabitable situation.

Before the outbreak of the Syrian war in 2011, Yarmouk camp had about 160000 Palestinian people who are had been displaced in their abode in the late day in Isreal during the war in 1948. About 10000 Syrians also lived in the place.

By the time the Syrians got to Yarmouk, a tangible number of the Palestinians took a side forcefully. Some looked for safety from the government while others, rebel groups.

According to UN estimates, just a few numbers of the civilian now see the place as a home when most have already run away.

Yarmouk has become the place of the toughest battle in the country since nearby Eastern Ghouta was got by the government in April.

According to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Right, a huge number of the civilians lives, as well as 140 fighters lives, have gone with the battle from both sides.

Isil has uploaded a video of one of its fighters trying to capture a soldier to a plank, with his helmet well loaded with explosives before throwing him off a roof, successfully making him as an airborne bomb.

"The pro-government forces are narrowing in on Daesh (ISIL), whose remnants are concentrated in the Palestinian camp. The final battle will be there." a spokesman for the Liwa al-Quds said.

The environment has been used by the forces to serve as a source of shelter to the government area in the center of Damascus.

According to the TV update, two went with the air strikes from the rebel territory while 19 injured were recorded.

An overcome in Yarmouk would eliminate all the capital of forces not supporting the government and also stamp President Bashar al-Assad's dominant post the useful, most populated parts of Syria.
