F2P Zombie MMO

The French developer #Atelier 801 has announced that their #zombie MMO Dead Maze will appear on Steam on 13 February. Dead Maze is free-to-play and focuses on collaboration with other players. The zombie apocalypse can survive better with friends.

Rainbow Six Siege New Content for Year 3

#Ubisoft has released the first details about Operation Chimera and the #Outbreak Event, the first two pieces of content from the third year of Rainbow Six Siege.

Outbreak will be the first co-op event for the game and brings two new Operators to the game, specialized in biochemical situations, for a major threat.

Maker of Counter-Strike arrested for sexual exploitation of child

The 36-year-old Jess Cliffe, who together with Minh Le made the Counter-Strike mod for Half-Life in 1999, has been arrested by #Seattle police for the #sexual exploitation of a child. Details about what exactly happened are scarce.

#Cliffe would not have been charged for the time being, which suggests that his arrest came on the basis of indications that are further investigated, and in the context of which he is questioned. He could not be released on a bail out.

Also at #Valve, where #Cliffe has been working since 2003, they do not know what exactly is going on. They know that he has been #arrested for a #crime, but are still waiting for more details. Until then, he is been suspended.
