Conclusion
Unit-based contracts remained the dominant transaction class, recording 17,999 leases with a combined value of AED 18.24 billion. Within this segment, Labor Camps represented the highest-value subtype at AED 13.37 billion.
Renewals recorded the larger transaction count for the week, while new contracts carried the higher aggregate contract value across the reporting period.
