2nd Week of (07 - 13) June 2026
Dubai recorded 4,201 sales transactions during the second week of June 2026, with a declared gross transaction value of 11,280,220,643 AED, equivalent to 3,071,069,380.70 USD.
Sales contracts accounted for most of the weekly volume, while ready properties carried the larger value share. Free Hold assets continued to dominate the register across both count and turnover.

Conclusion
Weekly activity remained concentrated in unit transactions, which accounted for the largest volume and aggregate value. Land transactions, while fewer in count, carried substantial weight through high-value commercial and institutional transfers.
Business Bay, Madinat Al Mataar, and Palm-linked districts remained among the most active value centers in the weekly register, while broader residential movement continued across outer communities and mid-market clusters.
