Third Week of June 2026 (14–21 June)
The Dubai real estate registry recorded 4,055 transactions during the third week of June 2026, with a declared total value of AED 8,908,904,942. Sales accounted for the majority of registrations, while mortgage and gift transfers made up the remaining recorded activity.

The next highest recorded localities after the top ten were DUBAI CREEK HARBOUR, DUBAI HILLS, and DUBAI LAND RESIDENCE COMPLEX.
Closing Notes
Unit transactions remained the largest segment by volume, with 3,300 registrations representing AED 5.51 billion in declared value. Flats alone accounted for 2,970 of those unit transfers.
Land transactions totaled 533, with commercial land making up the largest portion of that segment by value. Across the week, residential properties and freehold ownership continued to represent the majority of registered activity.
