Dubai real estate sales registrations reached 4,508 transactions between 1 and 10 May 2026, with a declared total value of AED 15,149,728,348, (USD 4,125,181,306).
Sales transactions accounted for 3,358 registrations valued at AED 10.55 billion. Ready properties generated the higher aggregate value, while Off-Plan transactions led in transaction count. Residential usage represented the majority of market activity with 4,419 transactions.

There were 145 other active localities during the reporting period with a combined transaction value of AED 9,039,142,008. Examples from the next highest-value areas included DUBAI WATER CANAL, HORIZON, and BURJ KHALIFA.
Conclusion
Unit transactions represented the largest share of activity with 3,661 registrations valued at AED 7.76 billion. Flats accounted for 3,343 transactions within the category, while office transactions generated AED 1.47 billion in registered value.
Among localities, BUSINESS BAY recorded the highest total value during the period, followed by Al Satwa and Saih Shuaib 1. Free Hold properties accounted for the majority of registered transactions and value across the reporting window.
