I’ve just read an incredible news… on Thursday a property tycoon Xu Jiayin has been named the richest man in China with a net worth of $ 43 bn….I think now you are asking what’s wrong?
His company Evergrande Group though has a market value of 47$ bn , its total debt stand at 100$ bn….so it’s very easy to be rich nowadays.
