NOBEL becomes CHARY - a new token is beeing created

Hi Steemians, Hello friends of charity,

In the old Steem world, there was a good working process (tribe/community/token) to help needy people with the Name "Nobel".
With the fork from Steem to Hive, this process doesn't work any more.
I am working on a new and better solution on the Hive platform. The name will be: CHARY
