Read me (oil painting on paper)
Strange days here in Italy. We have to stay at home to contain the contagion and we can go out just for needed (to buy food, for health issues and for work). It's not simple, but it's the only thing we can do and everyone is respecting the restriction. Sure, I'm lucky because I'm in good health and I live in a lab-house, so I can do the most part of my work from home, but the situation is sad, all the city is desert and so I thought to relax myself working on a theme I love: the books!
As you can see in the pics, the subject I chose to paint is a woman who is reading a book. The title of the book I painted is an homage to "Alice in the wonderland" novel written by Lewis Carroll, a book I love so much.
It's an oil painting on 200 gsm paper in A4 size and soon I'll add it in my shop online ^_^
Now I have to cook for dinner, but after the dinner I think I'll read something new, just to spend time with a good story and some dreams.

Its like me! I am so lucky to be able to bake cakes from home. I literally live in quarantine hahaha. But soon everything will improve. Happy evening dear Silvia 💕💜
I live in Hungary. The situation is currently not so serious here. We can go out whenever we like. I also like books to read. Yesterday (on 2020.03.11) I received and started to read the "Rise of the Dragon Star: Book 1 of the Dragon Star Saga" by Jess E. Owen.
Books are always a good company ^^ I've never read a book of Jess E. Owen, but I love fantasy novel and I hope it will be publish in italian too ^^
