Love this! What beautiful dresses and floats! I can imagine that is a lot of fun. We have a VERY small version of this at the end of August here in our little town in Panama. Last year it was supposed to start at a certain time, and, true to Panama form, it started about 3 hours late. Why is there a parade outside during rainy season? I'm not exactly sure, but it was pretty fun last year to sit out and watch the horses, tiny floats and marching bands. Thanks for sharing this! I really enjoyed the video!!
