This is a wonderful project as it seeks to better the lots of new steemians. However, how can one get whitelisted if not already? How can one join the queue? Thanks for your response.
You have to be selected for a ocd compilation by writing quality content.

You can agree with me that we have a good number of steemians out there writing good contents. 2,700 users whitelisted by @ocdb is quite an insignificant number. There could be an alternative way though subject to scrutiny. Thanks for your attention @jeanpi1908
We carefully select the users we add and the whitelist will be growing daily. This way we minimize abuse and delegators can rest assured their votes are going to the right authors. :)
We don't intend to disclude users on purpose but there's only such manpower and voting power daily.
