I agree with you that Steem can fix it problems. As a proposal, I think restrictions should be placed in the usage of bots and we should have downvote bots to punish certain actions. You would agree with me that the existence of @steemcleaners has gone a long way to solve abuses on steemit such as tag abuse. We need such a bot to monitor the usage of other bots. Thank you!
