That is a rather massive Q1 2019 projection. I guess if you are going shoot for the moon shoot for the moon.
I can only imagine the amount they are spending on infrastructure now to be able to handle that kind of usage that soon.
ONO is currently hosted on the Etheruem Blockchain, so for now there is a limit to the number of People they can admit. But when EOS is Launched the Blockchain will be migrated there.
I believe that EOS has the Capacity that will enable ONO scale to such a large amount.
