There were so many incredible entries this week, I struggled more than ever coming up with a top picks list let alone the honorable mentions and official top picks.    When judging open mic I take it very seriously.   As an music artist myself I know the heart and time that goes into alot of these performances and I really appreciate you all putting yourself out there like this and blessing us with your sounds.    I have discovered some of my favorite musicians here on steemit through open mic and various other steemit music community projects.   When judging each performance I rate on a scale of 1-10, taking into account instrumental and vocal performance, sound quality, video quality, lyrics and over all attitude and energy factor.

"I am so pleased to have got to listen to another entry with the incredible voice of @storycharlemagne.   This guy is a real treat for the steemit openmic community, bringing us a awesome cover song.   Take me to Church by Hozier is heavy tune and you gotta get that vocal just right to really make it come through and @charlemange knocks it out.   Woo Just a sheer pleasure to hear such quality in playing and singing.   Everything stands out."
