Introducing MediBloc, our one stop shop to effecctive medical data storage

Sometime last month, I was down with fever, I had to go to a hospital (which was different from our family hospital), for diagnosis and I had to undergo several checks and tests, just to find out what was wrong, it pained me that I had to undergo several tests again, most of which I had undergone in our family hospital.

Two years ago, my aunty who was asthmatic was admitted into a hospital for a knee surgery after she had an accident, due to her critical conditions, which was unknown to the hospital of admission, misappropriation of medication and data ensued, and today, she cannot walk with both of her legs.
I have experienced firsthand the dangers of not having a decentralized system of medical data storage and information dispersion in the lives of patients.

I was glad when I read about this project and found out it has in it the potential to become the solution we have all been waiting for. The Project I am talking about is none other than Medibloc

Medibloc is a decentralized platform created for the effective storage and transparent sharing of personal medical data.

Medibloc was created by Dr. Allen Wookyon and Dr. Eunsol Lee, which have great experiences in the medical field and also in the engineering field.

They created the Medibloc platform to become the New Medical Information System through the use of blockchain to store information of patients and also grant patients unfettered access to their information anytime, anywhere.

Medibloc grants patients opportunities to have all of their medical information on a decentralized platform which is encrypted using blockchain technology, and only the patient, who is a the sole owner would be able to decrypt his/her information, retrieve and send it over to whomsoever he/she wishes to do so to.

Medibloc will change the Medical data industry because:

Decentralization is a brand new system in the medical data industry and Medibloc platform is a system whereby every information stored on the blockchain is backed up by the server to ensure reliability of information, unlike the traditional means of data entry whereby mutilation, replacement and misplacement of patients data is rampant.

The impacts of decentralization on the use of medical data:

The impacts of decentralization on the way medical data is used in the medical field and other relevant parties would lead to an insured, transparent, secured and easy to access system of medical data storage, whereby individuals would easily share their data, if they want to other medical centers, researcher, and insurance agencies, when the need arises.

Effects of established partnership with major corporations:

Medibloc has received exclusive partnership with top reputable health institutions and large companies, in Asia alone, over 30 large companies have established partnership with Medibloc, this would lead to growth and development of the blockchain industry in the medical sector, and since Medibloc is interoperable, more innovative medical products based on Medibloc technology would be launched, leading to massive growth of the platform and massive adoption of blockchain technology.

How digital medical storage on the blockchain is superior to traditional medical data storage:

In the 21st century, the entire world is getting decentralized, and with the advent of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, a more effective means of saving data has been found, prior to this time, the traditional medical data storage methods, suffered many setbacks, some of which included ; data loss, theft, misplacement, robbery, fire, too many files to arrange and some other challenges, digitalized medical data storage, especially on the blockchain has solved all issues affecting data storage by providing a means whereby data stored cannot be mutilated or changed and the information remains easily accessible and immune to theft, loss or misplacement.
