You take ACV with you as a daily essential out of the house?? LOL, come on - tell me why.
I use it first thing every day after I get up and brush my teeth, and drink it in my warm non fluoridated water, but spill it sister!
For recording!! A recording essential!! Lol!!!
It helps my ole vocal pipes!!
