Presenting a new portrait of the fictional family Nevelspoock, a family that has grown and is now the center of a first person adventure indie videogame, see @nevelspoock for the progress there.

Elsie Nevelspoock, born 1794 on Nevelspoock Island, died there in 1865. Cause: hypothermia (she was found frozen). Foul play? Nobody knows. The life of Elsie has no direct influence on the game, except she was a trickster and loved puzzles and riddles. Perhaps some of these remain on the ancient estate, waiting to be solved, after all these years?
Elsie was the mother of Oscar-Morris and Desmond, and the great-great-grandmother of Felix, the protagonist of the game.
Liked: puzzles, tricks, magic and games;
Hated: social obligations and awkward silences.

I think she needs her roots done when I see her portrait. Mr Artist, that was mean to paint her grey roots.

Oh, interesting character! I wonder if the real cause of her death will be revealed through the puzzles she left behind....
When I see her portrait, she looks like a gentle person, someone who cares more than she'd like to admit ...
Ah, thanks! And I think you’re spot on with that observation, a gentle person indeed, but she can’t resist the puzzles and the pranks :)
