SLC-S28/W1||Making sketch and painting on sketch book

Hi guys welcome to my blog today and I'm going to be taking part in the learning challenge. Today I want to show you how I make a sketch and painting on a paper.

It's really been a while I made some painting and so I decided to do some painting of a masterpiece that touches my heart so much. Anytime are you want to do painting or craft work, I like painting a tree. I feel true is a very peaceful and calm creature as it doesn't talk it doesn't disturb and so I like peace.

Let's do some painting together

Make pencil drawing of any object on paper /sketchbook then filled with colour with suitable colour combinations ,for that you can used any one from these (water colour,pencil colours or crayon ,markers)

Tools needed

• Sketch paper
• Water colours
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Paint brush
• Water as needed
• Pencil crayon

So to begin drawing, I started with sketching my master piece as seen.

I sketched the mountain and the tree on top it, then the full moon and the sky view of my drawing

Using a coloured pencil I aligned the colours I will use in each part just to see how it will look like, I used different colours for the sky and then the tree and the little mountain is black living the moon to display white colour.

Using water colour, I painted the areas I sketches with the matching colours to paint it carefully for it beauty to display.

I painted every where apparently then added leaves to the tree. The tree had pink and purple leafs so I added it to the tree which the moon makes it look glow and pleasing to site.

Finally, I added more paint colour to my work to give it that really view, the the down part of my sky was painted with red and white to give it this unique soft pinkish view of the evening.

Before sharing my experience let me give you an overview or a brief description of my painting.

This master piece painting shows a very quiet and peaceful night back then in the village when children used to play outside when the moon is full and bright shining towards the earth.

Then there is a small tree standing at the very edge of a cliff facing the moon directly, with it's beautiful light purple and pinkish leaf. The background is the sky which is dark blue and the colours changes to the blue and then to pink which shows late evening and these shows the peaceful scene.

This picture reminds me that the tree on this cliff grows in a different place but it is still glowing beautifully. The tree is strong, and the moonlight makes it look beautiful as well. So I should always reflect on nature, take a walk and admire nature it will helps my mental thinking, helps me stay focused and think positively towards life.

So now my experience while painting was awesome as I was thinking so many lessons while carrying out this master piece painting. I was happy that I could sketch and paint this view, it gives me so much joy.

Do you face any difficulty for finding painting 🖌️ 🎨 tools for the task??

At first I was contemplating how to mix colours to have the colour I needed as to give that view I needed and since it is a water paint on a paper, it is possible to turn the paper off much mistakes is down.

So I was really careful in my selection of colours so I used the coloured pencil at first then painted it after sketching.
