This post is soo true. I already miss when my offspring was just a few days old and would sleep on my chest at night.

She still sleeps in the bed with me at night, however it is very different. She just wants a cuddle buddy to keep her warm at night and stroke her forehead when she has a nightmare, or after bed gas.
