New Meat, Fatty Meat

This is my first experience with lamb chops. They cooked up well, I only went rare to medium rare because I've read that if they're cooked too well done they develop the barn yard flavor that turns people off. In my opinion they're just alright. I would try them again, but I'm not hurrying to do so.

The other meat pictured is a Kobe strip steak. Not much needs to be said about this if you've ever had Kobe beef. AMAZING! Kobe beef is so fatty delicious. Left it nearly cold in the middle when cooked, perfect. At $28 for one steak this is only a sometimes treat.
