They have a HORRIBLE reputation. I've been trading there for over 2 years now. I honestly believe they do care very much, but had just grown too quickly to fast, and became unorganized. It's a brave new world, and they are making BIG improvements. I really love Paxful, and things seem to be in the works as I write this to make it a safe trading environment for everyone.
