Heck yea bro! I want to build my self a computer too but I am broke as hell right, lol! I wish I could give suggestions but you probably know more than I do.

My best advice to you would be to spend a little bit more money and do it right. Don't be cheap when building a PC, spend a few hundred more if you have to but make it a best :)

Also, Decentralized streaming platform would be bad ass :)
