If you go to "find markets" on the exchange page and type in "OPEN.PPY" you can find it trading against USD, CNY, OPEN.BTC, and BTS pairs.
So 0.1PPY for 5 dollars. Is it worth it? :)
Because maybe there will be no more chances to get some.
1 PPY was around 5$ during ICO... don't pay too much
