Little Baguio of Alegria Cebu : Libo Hills
It's my first time to wander in the town of Alegria together with my wife, and our first stop was the Libo Hills, which was placed in Barangay Lepanto, the place was not fully develop yet, but they do accept guest who wants to see the area, there is entrace fee for 50 Pesos per person. With the pine tree and sorounded with Aster flower by the ambiance itself it seems like you were in Baguio City. I wasn't surprised that they call the place as little Baguio of Alegria.

I'm not sure what to ride exactly to go to Libo Hills. I would suggest that if you wanted to visit the place better to have a tour guide and ride on motorcycle or hire a "habal-habal" . I'm the one who's taking the pictures by the way, incase you're wondering where I might be. Lols..
