Nice post sir! I have cough and colds right now and it’s almost 2 weeks. Im hoping and praying to be healed. Im already taking my meds and drinking plenty of water.
Recommended 8 liters of water intake but it must increase if we are sick. Probably it's not the weather I think it's our immune system reacting to the sudden change of the weather.
