correct, that should apply to syria, iraq, iran and libya too and a host of others, if you close down us bases in your country your aid will get cut then the civil unrest will start......then a coup will form finely funded by you know who.,,,,, its not rocket science........ once Russia starts to help out im sure a lot will change, we shall see.....financially and by other means.....thats my take...
