It must be...I can hardly believe this. Of coarse it is too good to be true...but its existance or even its idea is on the right path....
Communities need to align with nature, incorporate art in the environment, have very advanced systems in place, cheap or free housing, and be very beautiful.
Really this idea was started with the Venus project, but we have to continue to entertain this notion, change starts from the inside out, and communities are the next thing past oneself.
