Each tree is alive. A unique plant. Some say plants have senses and awareness. I talk to my plants sometimes, and I wonder if they hear me. I know that I also feel bad when I trim them. It feels like I'm hurting them, and even weirder, that they are resentful of the trim. We should all love the trees, all of them. And plant more as you say!
