Man Made Mountain Lake with a Reflection of the Mountains

This photograph was taken near Plaid Lake in the Kootenays of British Columbia, Canada. The water body in the photo is a man made lake created from a dam that was constructed decades ago to help power the mining operations in the area. Although there is no mining now, the dam and lake still remain. It's a very gorgeous hike and one I would highly recommend!
