A coffeeshop near that office that was closed for some time opened recently. It is now run by a different operator so it is technically a new coffeeshop.

I was in office and needed to get an early lunch last week. They seem to have quite a number of stalls but I wanted something easier to eat because I was going back to the office to join a webinar so I went to the rice stall.

上周我在办公室，需要早点吃午饭。 他们似乎有很多摊位，但我想要一些更容易吃的东西，因为我要回办公室参加网络研讨会，所以我去了经济饭摊。

Picked a few items for the rice and went back to office. Paid $3.30 for the lunch some bitter gourd, fried pork chop and braised bean curb skin.

The topic for the webinar was "Metaverse and NFTs" and they were few speakers hosted by a Professor who taught a course I attended in 2015. More people are getting introduced to NFT now.
